Satcy Lanier, the pastor of record for Chestnut Street United Methodist Church, is a retired United Methodist pastor who has served congregations in Lunenburg, Gardner, Norwell, and Melrose. She and her husband, Stewart, retired to Worcester 7 years ago. They have 2 cats, 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
In retirement, Stacey serves on the Board of Directors for AudioJournal, a Worcester based reading radio service for people who are print impaired, and she is a volunteer reader there as well. She is a rug maker, a painter, and a gardener. She and Stewart enjoy traveling, hiking and biking together.
Stacey preaches on the first Sunday of alternating months.
